Do Not Call List

North County Communications is a local phone company similar to AT&T/SBC, Qwest, Bell South, or Verizon Communications. North County Communications does not do any telemarketing. It simply provides dial tone to residential and business customers.

North County Communications is not allowed to control the content of, or listen in to, any of its customers' lines without a court order.

If you are receiving prank calls from one of North County Communications' customers, we suggest calling your local police department.

If you are receiving unwanted telemarketing calls from one of North County Communications' customers, we suggest adding your telephone number to the Federal Trade Commission's Do Not Call list.

It is a violation of federal law for for-profit entities with which you have no prior business relationship to call you once your telephone number has been registered on the Do Not Call list for 31 days.
